2024 Year in Review

Renewed priorities for a new era at IDSA

In 2024, IDSA continued to make strides in advancing the field of ID through workforce development; improving compensation for ID physicians; and leadership in antimicrobial resistance, clinical guidelines, and pandemic and outbreak response. Inclusion, diversity, access and equity remained core to our mission, supported by a new governance structure that empowers meaningful member participation. We also developed a refreshed strategic plan to build on our work and reimagined our brand to energize our community and amplify our voice.
